Opening Art lending Rotterdam
After forty years, Rotterdam Art Exchange will exchange the Nieuwe Binnenweg for the Goudsesingel. A major operation that took months of preparation. Not only has the building on number 264-268 undergone a true metamorphosis, the entire art collection has also moved from West to East. The result is impressive: our new home is a feast for the eyes and we therefore look forward to the future of Rotterdam Art Loan in the Hoogkwartier with confidence.

The official opening act starts at 17.30 hours, with the unveiling of the exhibition De Keuze van… We asked three well-known people from Rotterdam to select their favorite works of art from the collection of Kunstuitleen Rotterdam. The three guest curators, singer-songwriter Ai Ming Oei, television maker Tim den Besten and writer Raoul de Jong, are present and tell how they came to their choice. After the official opening, Ai Ming Oei performs under her stage name Mingue and the men of Old Scuola bake delicious pizzas in their mobile kitchen.
