Do you prefer to be creative with you? Visualize and create your ultimate future Rotterdam. Cut and paste images together and create your own Utopia or Nirvana, which then gets a place on our wall. Beyond meters high coffee and whip walls you dive into a cinema installation for the film 'New Neapolis'. A film and exhibition by artist Gyz La Rivière that declares love for a new fictional European city, which could emerge when four port cities - Rotterdam, Liverpool, Marseille and Naples - forge an alliance.
