Art Office - Tips & Calls: changes O&O # 2

An R&D 2016 application consists of:

• The application form 2016: fill in, print out, sign it and scan it as a pdf or jpeg.
• The description of the R&D application and other appendices: see explanation in the application form for the components and sequence.

Changes compared to 2015

• From 2016, the R&D scheme will have three application rounds instead of four (the total budget will remain unchanged).
• The 2016 application form has been changed from the 2015 application form. (The most recent form was uploaded on January 6, 2016 at Rotterdamsekunstenaars.nl)
• Applications under the R&D scheme are possible only digitally as a PDF via WeTransfer.com be delivered. A special e-mail address is available for this: applications@cbkrotterdam.nl

Prepare application

• For your application it is important that your personal page is on www.rotterdamsekunstenaars.nl is current.
• Please read the regulations and the explanatory notes to the application form carefully before you start compiling your application. In the regulations 2016 state what data is with it the application form 2016 must be supplied. On the PDF with the deadlines 2016 also the names of the committee members.

Deadline

• De deadline for the first R&D round is Friday 22 January 23:00 hrs.
• All applications received after the closing date will not be processed. Documents obtained by post are also not processed.
