CBK Rotterdam is looking forward to an international sculpture exhibition in 2023

Next year, CBK Rotterdam will put the Rotterdam sculpture collection in the spotlight. The artist David Bade is invited to add a new dimension to the international sculpture collection on the route from Rotterdam Central along the Westersingel to the Westzeedijk with (temporary) additions. The program provides images, installations, performances, workshops, conversations and guided tours. In this way, CBK Rotterdam wants to give a new look at the famous Rotterdam art collection in the public space, a collection that was partly built up through our programs. BKOR (Visual Arts & Public Space) and Sculpture International Rotterdam (SIR).

David Bade is well known in Rotterdam, especially because of his stimulating image Anita (2001) on the corner of Blaak/Eendrachtsplein as part of the international sculpture collection. In addition, he has in our city with the project All you can Art made a clear statement about the way in which art can be made and experienced.

More information about this event will follow in the spring.
