Dates for R&D applications 2022

Applications can again be submitted in 2022 for the Development and Research Grants (R&D grant) scheme. This scheme is aimed at giving an impulse to research and in-depth research, so that existing artist practices can develop optimally and their visibility in the city can be increased.

These are the dates for 2022:

Round 1
Deadline: Friday, February 18, 23.00 PM
Result: Friday 15 April

Round 2
Deadline: Friday, June 17 at 23.00 p.m.
Result: Friday 12 August

Round 3
Deadline: Monday, October 24, 12.00 p.m.
Result: Friday 16 December

You can request an R&D contribution for, for example:

• A defined period of research and deepening with a clearly defined question and / or objective and a plan of approach.
• International development of professional practice, such as an artist-in-residency or a study trip if this is an essential part of a research or development within the framework of this scheme.
• Research project (by content, material), experiment.
• Publication, if it forms an essential part of a research or development under this scheme.
