Spending Quality Time With My Quantified Self
Digital technology is increasingly integrated into our daily lives. We collect information about our performance, endurance and ourselves on the basis of apps, digital extensions and portable measuring equipment. Spending Quality Time With My Quantified Self brings together a number of artistic positions in which the embodiment of being human, the emerging body and the body with which we are inextricably linked are central to our digitized society and data economy.
