Take a walk with: Frits van der Waa

On Sunday 16 June, music journalist Frits van der Waa will give an exclusive tour of the exhibition Post-Opera in TENT. Post-Opera investigates, at the intersection of visual arts, technology and opera, the changing relationship between the human body and the voice.

Frits van der Waa studied musicology and has been writing about classical music as a music journalist since 1982, especially in de Volkskrant. Van der Waa is also active as a translator and cartoonist. During the tour, he talks from his musical knowledge about opera, the human voice and the installations that can be seen in the Post-Opera exhibition. There is plenty of room for questions and afterwards there is coffee and tea.
