MASTERCLASS ART MEDIATION: YANA KLICHUK

On Thursday afternoon 19 October from 15.00 to 18.00, Yana Klichuk, Head of Education and Learning at Manifesta, will give a master class about the goals and ambitions of art education. She will share her ideas and insights about art education in complex cultural environments and organizations and will elaborate on the role of the Art Mediator in relation to the public.

TENT, MAMA and Witte de With Center for Contemporary Art, present a series of professional development master classes for teachers, art mediators and other educators from the arts and culture. Following on from 100% Contemporary, the program on contemporary art and visual culture for secondary education, these masterclasses focus on sharing knowledge about art education and how to deal with contemporary art in exhibitions and in the classroom. The workshops are led by (inter) national education professionals.
