Launch of Enough Magazine

The launch of the first edition of Enough Magazine will take place on 11 December, an initiative of Lieke van der Wel and Jorn de Vries. This visual magazine (designed by the Rotterdam agency Almost Modern), which focuses on food and art, will be published four times a year and allows various Rotterdam chefs, artists, poets and other makers to work with seasonal ingredients. , recipes and autonomous work by artists from different disciplines.

Large numbers of special and useful products ended up in the waste bin. In addition, the creative sector was also hit: freelancers and artists had to deal with the loss of assignments. It is precisely these currently vulnerable parties that Enough Magazine brings together. ”

Enough Magazine was created to help the affected sectors and also to combat waste and mass consumption.

There is a new edition every season. The line up for the winter edition includes chefs Michael Schook, Manuela Tavares and Anastasia de Ruyter and artists Pim Top, Diana Roig and Nasbami.
