Happyland

TENT presents the video installation Happyland from the Authentic Boys; a portrait of the vacationer in ourselves. Since work is alternated with leisure, the historical figure of traveler or pilgrim has been replaced by that of tourist. A few weeks a year we escape the daily routine, fantasizing about places where stress, worry and pressure of performance are not significant. We are on our way to heavenly places with blue skies, authentic dishes and friendly locals.
