Call for Rotterdam artists

Think about artistry in Rotterdam!

[english below]

CBK Rotterdam regularly organizes investigations among artists from Rotterdam (the last one was in 2015) in order to gain in-depth insight into the way in which artists practice their professional practice and how they experience working in Rotterdam. Also for the next Culture Plan period (2021-2014) is one of our starting points for continuing to contribute to an attractive art climate in the city, for everyone. The results of the research that we will be conducting among Rotterdam artists in the coming weeks will help us with this.

The research consists of two separate parts:

  1. An intensive conversation in three different groups of up to eight artists. These take place on 12 June (in Dutch) and 17 June (in English) in Rotterdam.
If you are registered as a visual artist at CBK Rotterdam and want to participate, register via onderzoek2019@cbkrotterdam.nl (for 3 June).
  2. Later in the year an online survey is distributed to all visual artists registered at CBK Rotterdam. Among other things, questions are processed that emerged from the group discussions.

Do you like to think along about artistry in Rotterdam and would you like to participate in our research? We really appreciate your participation.
