Investment contribution: De Havenbaron

VvE De Havenbaron approached Freek van Arkel for the development of a plan to beautify the entrance halls of the complex in the Houtlaan in Rotterdam with work from his portfolio. The clients want to realize three photo walls with lighting and establish a relationship with the ports and shipping in Rotterdam. The Havenbaron is a complex with 57 apartments and 180 parking spaces for various users. The photo walls are visible from the street.

CBK Rotterdam contributed to the realization of this work through an investment contribution.

On Wednesday, September 16, Van Arkel's work was officially unveiled.
